Supply and Delivery of your Purchases

We deliver within Australia & New Zealand only. For all other countries please see Ship Shape Bedding

Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is correct.

Unless otherwise stated orders will be delivered during normal business hours between 8am and 5pm – as per Australia Post deliveries.

If the parcel is large and there is no one present at the delivery location, a card will be left in your letterbox informing you about the incomplete delivery and where to pick your parcels up. Parcels will usually be available for pick up at your nearest Post Office for 7 days unless you are informed otherwise. In cases where the parcel is returned to Seabeds marine due to either not being picked up or an incorrect delivery address, we will refund the purchase price but not the delivery charges.

If the product has been damaged in transfer, please inform Seabeds marine immediately and provide pictures if possible.

We use Australia Post for delivery. Once the delivery has left our premises we are in the hands of the delivery service and we cannot be held liable for problems that they encounter. If the delivery is important please ensure that you order with sufficient margin for potential problems.


In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the goods received, they may be returned and a refund for the cost of goods can be made, provided that they are in a resalable condition, i.e. Not used or washed and with original packaging. Please return to the address at the bottom of this page with a copy of your receipt stating why they are being returned.
